Harborside University grew out of our commitment to provide our employees with the highest quality education. In order to do this, we knew we'd have to attract, develop, and retain a highly talented workforce.
It is Harborside University’s goal not only to provide training and educational opportunities to our staff in areas of mandated education required by the federal and state government, but also to go above and beyond those requirements. Although not required by law, we require our employees to pass all government mandated courses and take additional clinical educational courses with an 80% passing grade or better.
