How It Works
Referring a friend is easy. You can complete our simple on-line form, contact a referral coordinator at (877) 321-1162, ext. 9039 or 9040, or share a personalized referral card. Employees on assignment automatically receive these custom cards as part of their application packages. These cards are an excellent way to help you get the credit—and the cash—you deserve (even if the applicant forgets who gave the referral)! If you need more cards, just contact your recruiter or call ReadyNurse at (877) 321-1162, ext. 9039 or 9040.
Once we receive the referral information, we’ll mail an information package to your referral, including application materials and details about our company. After your referral completes five shifts with us, you receive your bonus! Referred employees must start their assignments within six months of the application date associated with your referral.
Eligibility Requirements
The requirements listed below must be met in order for you to qualify for your referral bonus.
- The referral’s application must include your name and contact information.
- Your referral candidate must be a new contact for ReadyNurse who is not already in our database and who has not communicated with us for at least two months prior to your referral.
- The referred candidate must complete forty hours with ReadyNurse.
- If two new candidates apply at the same time and refer each other, only one bonus will be paid, split between the two candidates.
Remember: it’s important to confirm that we have your current contact information so we can reward you for your referrals.
